Voted #1 Sweetener by a panel of celebrity judges and food critics at the Connecticut Food Association's Specialty Foods Competition!!  Now also available in a full gallon jug!

Maple Craft Bourbon Barrel Aged Syrup is the result of patiently aging premium, flame-boiled, single-source maple syrup inside perfectly conditioned American white oak barrels just after our local distillery partner releases the handcrafted bourbon that had matured inside for years (and just before we return them to the distillery so they can refill them to make their amazing Maple Bourbon)!  Our family-friendly Barrel-Aged Maple Syrup has a rich, soft, complex character with subtle hints of smoke, fruit & oak, with buttery-smooth vanilla & caramel undertones.

Makes a unique gift! Enjoy Maple Craft Syrup over ice cream, cake, fruit, etc. Use it to marinade or as a glaze for salmon and other proteins or veggies. Mix it in cocktails, coffee in place of sugar/syrup. And of course, use it to transform your pancakes, waffles, sausage & bacon and take them to entirely new altitudes!

What makes Maple Craft different/Why do your products taste so much better?
We are often asked what makes us different than our competitors, and why our products taste better. Maple Craft Foods leverages the unique ingenuity, creativity and expertise of our Maple Crafters located in three New England states, making our process more complex and time consuming…and customers agree that it is well worth it. We start with premium, single source, small batch wood-fired maple syrup from sugar maker friends in Vermont; we transform, flavor and package our products in partnership with a not-for-profit organization in Massachusetts that is exclusively focused on New England agricultural & farm product production; and our headquarters and distribution centers are based in Connecticut. No other maple company employs or enjoys the level of New England creativity, work ethic, ingenuity and expertise that we do…and it shows. The quality and taste of our award-winning products are unmatched. Our support of community volunteers and non-profits working to make life safer, healthier and sweeter is unmatched. And our commitment to customer service and satisfaction is unmatched.

Why is Maple Syrup better than processed sweeteners?
With just 2/3 the sucrose of sugar, more calcium than milk, more potassium than bananas and 65+ important antioxidants, this unprocessed, locally harvested sweetener is basically a super-food and a must-have sweetener for the pantry.

How do I remove the wax to open the bottle?
No need to remove the wax. Just give the waxed top a nice firm twist. It will snap open, and the top is resealable.

The glass bottles and boxes are made from recycled material.
